Having just finished an 8 week course of coaching from Elaine Hanzak, it is safe to say I have well and truly changed my way of thinking! Talking to Elaine in short 7 minute phone calls has had such an effect on my work, and my home life.  I have new coaching skills, I manage my time better and I’m now a great goal setter! (& achiever!). Elaine is a truly inspirational individual with a wealth of experience & has filled me with so many great ideas & tools which will continue to be used in future.
